Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours of processing to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 5 days using USPS or UPS. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more, unless otherwise stated via promotion. Note that we do not accept orders or ship outside of the United States at this time.

SUMMER SHIPPING 

From June - September, we may take extra measures to ensure your wax products arrive safely, but, unfortunately, wax products can melt in the heat. To avoid this, we take measures to ensure your package is sufficiently insulated, and during these months we will only be shipping orders Monday-Wednesday. 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item for unused products with the original packaging and receipt/proof of purchase. Please email contact@emberlightarchives.com for any return/exchange questions, and visit our shipping policy.
